Damaged or Lost Packages
Pluxano.com is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photo evidence and your order number, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. Pluxano.com is not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
